Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Most orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or holidays.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 for orders under $50 and FREE SHIPPING on orders $50 or more.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information when your order has been processed. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

Transit time does not include processing time.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At Bookish Mama, all orders are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles or wax melts cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent back within 30 days of original purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If returning, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you regarding the status of your refund or exchange processing. Please contact us at abookishmama@gmail.com and provide your order number to initiate the process of return.

Broken or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Bookish Mama within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, a picture of the product(s), and a list of what needs to be replaced so that we can get to work on a replacement for you.

If any items are missing from your order, we will send them to you free of charge. Please contact us with your order number and the item you are missing. You may keep any product we may have shipped to you by accident.
